Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY. 30-Day Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
A. Deadline to Apply for Refund: To be eligible for a refund you must submit your request within 30 days of your date of
purchase.
B. Company discretion: All refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the request.

REPLACEMENT POLICY. Replacement Policy. If the Product shows up damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement subject to the following conditions:
A. Deadline to Apply for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement you must submit your request within 7 days of your date
of delivery.
B. Photo of Damage: Submit a photo of the damage in your request.
C. Company discretion: All replacements are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the request.
D. Email refund@gregjart.com with your replacement request with the email you ordered with
REFUND/REPLACEMENT PROCESSING. After receiving your refund or replacement request and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your request. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund or replacement. We will notify you if your refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved for a

a. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing
cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when
your refund has been processed. You do not need to ship your product back to us.
B. Replacement
a. Your replacement will be processed and submitted within 10 business days. We’ll notify you by email, and you will receive a
new order receipt with shipping details for your replacement item in your email. You do not need to ship your defective or
damaged product back to us.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund or replacement and you have not gotten your
